So this was it! The Grand Event for P&O 175.

...and nature had conspired to do its best to put the dampers on the party. Heavy overcast clouds greeted us as we viewed 4 of the ships moored alongside the main harbour at Southampton. However worse was to come....

By the way this has probably been the most difficult set of photos I've had to try and process. How are you supposed to try and capture an important event like this when the weather is so awful? So these images are purely to record the event. OK?
