On a cold, wet and windy day on the south coast I decided to visit the Royal Pavilion.
At first i was angered that two members of staff had parked cars adjacent to this archway. However when I came to pay at the NCP car park for the privilege of a 4 hour stay i was horrified at the fee of pound;18.50!!!!!!! What a rip-off! If I was a member of staff i would park there myself to avoid the huge parking fees.
