Yes its LION. The 1838 built 0-4-0 loco used in the film "The Titfield Thunderbolt"

It is planned to be displayed in the new Museum of Liverpool but with little time to check it out I don't know if its been put on display yet. It was a star at The Rainhill Trials 150th Anniversary Cavalcade though in 1979. I doubt if it will ever be allowed to steam again though.
