It's deserted! That's because I arrived very early before they'd opened.
I had hoped to be allowed inside before the crowds in order to take some photos.... However about 10 minutes before 9am a grumpy old chap came out and asked me - in a very unfriendly way - what I wanted. I told him I was there to see Concorde. He told me it opened at 9o'clock (I knew that) so I'd have to wait. He sat down with his newspaper clearly disinterested in talking to me even though there was nobody else around. At 1 minute to 9 he stood up and went inside. At EXACTLY 9o'clock the door opened again, I walked towards the old chap and he smiled and said "Welcome to the Concorde Experience". How INSINCERE! Don't customer service people realise what a bad impression they give to customers with a miserable attitude.
