Finally I caught the train heading through Claverdon where the occupants of the old station masters house give a wave.
Originally Claverdon station was located on this side of the road bridge. Across the track was a goods yard where the huge Leylandii Cypruss trees are now growing. When the track was doubled in the 30's the station was moved to the other side of the bridge.
