Under the heading of "Slow Food" a presentation by Michelin* chef Stephane Borie was simply wonderful.

The modestly piced tickets for this event were purchased weeks ago but we really didn't know what to expect. WOW. What more do i need to say.

Stephane & Sarah (also an accomplished chef) supported by Sarah's sister Kathryn have opened "The Checkers" in Montgomery, Powys on the Welsh border and created a haven for amazing food together with luxury accomodation.
