Turning around from The Tower - HMS Severn, a River Class patrol boat, was moored alongside HMS Belfast
In October 2014 it was announced that HMS Severn would be the first River Class OPV to deploy overseas to take up the Atlantic Patrol Tasking (North), a task traditionally assigned to a frigate or destroyer.
