The third Livery Hall of the Goldsmiths was opened in 1835. It was designed by Philip Hardwick
Philip Hardwick's other famous works included the Euston Arch (1837 demolished 1961) and Curzon Street Station (1838) in Birmingham which still survives and is planned to become the terminus of HS2 (if it ever gets built!)
