Stanier Princess Royal 4-6-2 no (4)6201 Princess Elizabeth was the locomotive greeting everybody.
The locomotive was displayed with the royal crest as used when hauling a Vintage Trains excursion to Kensington Olympia on the day it's whistle started the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Thames Pageant.
To the left is English Electric's Class 50 No 50033 (ex D433) Glorious. To the right is the diesel hydraulic Western Class 52 no D1015 Western Champion.
