Yes it's a combination of two images taken outside Buckingham palace at The Trooping of the Colour Ceremony in June 1980. Three Vulcans escorted by ??? (looks like 3 English Electric Lightnings to my untrained eye + ??) coupled with a shot of The Royal Standard.
