Riddles Standard 5 4-6-0 no 73156 sets off from the Loughborough shed

I'm puzzled. My 1963 Ian Allan Combined Volume states that this loco should have Caprotti valve gear. However this has Walschaerts (piston valves). Is it REALLY 73156? or heaven forbid, was Ian Allan wrong?
