Over to the right, where all the trees are now, was the engine shed and turntable. The goods shed is over on the left where an array of sidings existed. Beyond the footbridge is another platform face for trains using the long removed direct line to Chester. Behind me the branch to Ellesmere and Oswestry diverged.
