WD 2-8-0 no 90655 passes through Maghull station with a northbound freight from Liverpool docks.
I was only 11 years old in 1964 when i took this photo with a cheap plastic camera I got from a Kellogs Corn Flakes offer so quality not so good!
A few years later, when I was old enough, I used to work as a newspaper delivery boy from Fisher's newsagents behind the signal box.
