While browsing E-Bay recently I came across a set of US postage stamps issued by the US Postal Services to honour Juliette Low back in 1948. I had to buy a couple of examples of these 1st Day Covers.

It's sad that the USA honoured Juliette 65 years ago but I appear to have hit a brick wall in trying to wake the Wellesbourne Parish Council to provide a simple blue plaque on "Wellesbourne House" where Juliette lived from 1886 until 1905.
