Here I took a shot back into the deepest recess of this "cave". I've seen this style of cellar in France on one of several visit to sample wine or as they call it 'Degustation'. The bottles of wine are stacked horizonally - like in a modern wine rack. When a row is full they are stacked on top etc etc. Overall there is space here for thousands of bottles.
